I wanted to purchase Battlefield 3 Expansion (Back to Karkland) for R36.00 as advertised on Musica's website. I went to my local branch (Somerset Mall) and they informed me that they are currently sold out. They did however provide me with their callcentres details to order it. I did phone the callcentre to order it and they informed me that the Cape Region is currently out of stock. Not a problem though, they will pull it from a different branch. Now here is the ridiculous part. They want me to wait 6 - 8 weeks to get the item from Johannesburg to Cape Town!!! What are these guys smoking??? It takes me 2 weeks to order a item from China to South Africa. Seriously 6 - 8 weeks???
How come if I order something from Johannesburg it takes me 3 days via post service and 1 day for overnight couriers. Apparently it needs to go through 2 distribution centres and then to the branch. I work for a IT Company and it doesnt take 6 - 8 weeks to get a item from 1 branch to the other. IT takes me 2 days!!!
Please respond to this as I would like my product still this week.
