In complaining about this ref once again: ref. 1101130190/GO. 2 weeks after my last complaint... Edcon had made NO effort to contact me! now i will proceed to seek help from the insurance omdadsman! does this look familiar: Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We can understand your frustration regarding this matter and the lack of assistance you have received. We have tried to be in direct contact with you now but there is no answer on your mobile. Contact has been made to our accounts department as well and investigation is in place already to have this matter resolved urgently. Contact will than be made with Finrite who is the cell phone insurance administrator to assist in rectifying this matter. Further correspondence will be made to you soonest as this has been set as high priority for resolution to be met. Please accept our sincerest apology for the distress caused by our error.
