Hi RCS, i paid up my account and requested for a settlement paid up letter, i was told i will get it within 48hrs, i waited and nothing came through after 48hrs, i called again yesterday and was told i"ll get it before COB, and guess what, i got an email from Afred Swarts with MR Schickering statement, i am not MR Schickering and i dont want a statement, i want a PAID UP LETTER. i emailed Alfred back and he never responded, i need that letter urgently please. It was nice doing business with you but please please fix your service
