I would like to report a complain that I have against Home Choice. In April 2012 some guy (i cannot recall his name now) called me selling a 4 piece pearl luggage suit from home choice, of which I took it on account. When I receive the parcel one of the piece was damage. I called in to report this and I was told to send it back of which I did that on the 05 May 2012. I waited and waited for you guys to replace it and no one called me. So on the 22 June 2012 I decided to send back everything cause I did not use it. I have been receiving calls since then about payment. I told their consultants that I cannot pay for something that I did not use.
I received a message from their lawyers of which I called them and explained what was going on and they asked me to give them the parcel number and they never get back to me again.
Am still receiving letters from home choice of which I do not understand what is that you really want from me cause I do not owe you anything.
I can't get anything from anywhere because I have been blacklisted dur to this.
I do not know what to do anymore.
i have been calling and send email to them but nothing has been done since.
Please help me.
