Tracker bought not up to standard as advertised

I bought a portable GPS tracker from Tuffek. In the advert it says it has a powerful magnet and it can be mounted anywhere. I mounted it under the seat of a vehicle and when I recovered it the magnet broke off, the battery had leaked in the unit and the battery cover clip broke off. I sent the unit back and asked for my money to be refunded. They refused and said the would give me a replacement at cost.
