Falsesly accused of inside Samsung shop

I have been insulted, humiliated and have just had a stressful situation with Samsung (the glen). I was accused of by one of the workers of Samsung. I came into the store to buy a plastic cover of which was placed on the counter. I had a brief look at it, the worker told me to pass by on the side in order to pay for the cover of which I did- my entire focus was on the machine which was busy processing my transaction. The payment was successful and when I came back to the counter, the plastic cover was gone- I asked the worker, : "where is the cover? " he then turned and said: " you took it." I replied and said: " I did not take it." He carried on and said: " You did take it, you did take it." I then got very upset and my whole body stressed- it is the first time I have ever experienced such a humiliating and terrible situation like this. I continued with saying: " I am so upset, I have never anything in my life and you are accusing me- how can you do this to me? " I demanded footage of the video recording- then after they insisted I take the last plastic cover of R 150 of which I refused several times, continuation...
