Ad attitude from the manage

I went to the store to make a dual card on my account i was assisted by babra the store manager who gave me attitute and messed up my account she changed my details on the account to my sister i wnt to the store couple of time to try to sort this out, till today the account is still under my sister's name not myne and everytime i go there i spend more than 2hrs at that store and go home without been helped she promised to sort the account and call me back, the account is still not sorted and again i had to go to the store to find out whats going on.

im not very happy with how she treated me she should have atleast own up to her promise and let me know whats happening with the account, im a fairly new account holder but i cant believe the service i receive up to this far im shocked.
