I would like to commend a couple of your employees for excellent customer service.
I had been waiting for a long-overdue furniture delivery (due to the holidays) when I was advised that my furniture would be delivered earlier than expected.
I was delighted and looked forward to the delivery which was scheduled for Monday 4 February. I was pleasantly surprised, however, when I received a call from the truck driver on Saturday 2 February to tell me that he was on his way to deliver the furniture.
The service I got from the two staff members on the truck, Eddie and Moosa, was exceptional. They were extremely helpful and friendly and did the company proud.
I would like to thank them once again for going the extra mile to assist me. Very impressive!
