POOR SERVICE!

I WENT TO EDGARS THE GLEN ON MONDAY (2 SEPT.) I WAS THE FIRST PERSON IN THE QUE AND WAITED PLUS MINUS 20MINS WHILST A LADY PUSHED IN, WHEN I CONFRONTED HER THE STAFF OF EDGARS WERE ON HER SIDE SHE CAME OUT OF NO WHERE AND SHE WAS HELPED INSTANTLY. I WAITED ANOTHER 10 MINS AND DECIDED TO GO TO ANOTHER PAY POINT WHEN I ARRIVED AT THIS PAY POINT I WAS HELPED IN PLUS MINUS 10 MINUTES. I PAYED MY ACCOUNT AND BOUGHT MY GRAN A R500 GIFT VOUCHER WHICH THEY HAD TO GO AND FETCH AT ANOTHER PAY POINT OR GOODNESS KNOWS WHERE AFTER TEARING THE CARDHOLDER OF THE GIFT CARD SHE HAD TO FETCH ANOTHER ONE AND THIS WAS ALL DONE IN SLOW MOTION. I SHOULD HAVE PURCHASED THE GIFT CARD SOMEWHERE ELSE. I REALLY THINK THAT IT WAS PATHETIC I MEAN SUCH A BIG COMPANY WITH SUCH POOR SERVICE YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELFS. IT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN ME 10MINS AND IT TOOK ONE HOUR. DONT REVAMP YOUR STORE IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO HANDLE IT.
