After spending quite a substantial amount of money on the 1 May 2012 they told us delivery will be made on the 3rd and latest on the 6th, as the 1st was a public holiday and they do not keep stock in Bloemfontein, as it need to come from Boksburg.

After paying almost R800 for delivery and we live about 8-10km from the store, I asked why delivery is so expensive, they advised that it needs to come from Boksburg and that we bought a lot. So if we had spent less at Furniture City would delivery costs have been less???

Well needless to say it is over two weeks and we are still waiting for the delivery and after numerous calls made to the store at our expense. We have not had any communication from the store except when we call them and they promise that they will call us back but never materialises.

Warehouse then called to advise that they do not have any more stock available in the chairs we bought.

This is unacceptable!!! I have spoken to the assistant manager but another empty promise as he was suppose to get back to me at 10 this morning.
