My MTB dealer had order me a Trek Rumblefish from The Bicycle Company (official Trek Distributor/agent in SA) in December 2012. The Bicycle Company confirmed delivery by 10th January 2013. On this date we were told the Trek Rumblefish would be atthedealer by the 17th January. On the 18th of January my dealer informed me that it had still not arrived. The dealer then recieved an e-mail from The bicycle Company informing them that the Trek Rumblefish MTB would be shipped from Cape Town on Monday 28th January. on Thursday 31st. On Friday the First I recieved 2 calls from The Bicycle Company... the first apologizing for the confusion and frustrations caused. The second to tryand give me an indication as to whenthe MTB would be arriving. today is the 8th of Febraury and I still am no closer to finding out when I would be recieving the MTB nor does my dealer. This is highly unprofessional, especially for a Brand as significant in South Africa as Trek Cycles are and tremendously frustrating. I canot accept been messed around like this.
