Even though the delivery time was long before the expected date of arrival, I did not receive what was described in the add. As a working person I simply do not have the time to go and shop for these kind of goods, needless to mention assembling the bicycle myself that is why I decided to order it instead. Please see below as stated on the add.
All bicycles purchased are assembled and checked by qualified mechanics. Professional assembly gives you the peace of mind of knowing that your new bicycle has been properly assembled and is safe to ride, with all the components accurately set and calibrated.By receiving your bicycle assembled you will also receive your first service at your local CycleLab for free.
More concerns I have is that no instructions were added, no reference to the service at Cycle Lab, delivered in another bicycle's box.
I wrote a review on the website and it was not even posted on the reviews tab. It can not take 2 - 3 days for the proof reading.
Very satisfied with the service not so happy with the disassembled bicycle and my review not being posted.
