My hub packed up on the Epic 2013. My hired mechanic didn't know what to do. I took my Trek Superfly to the Trek tent. There Calvin and his pro team told me to get to bed and they would sort it out - no questions; no bookings. After the Epic I returned the loan hub. Trek made sure that a warranty was exercised and a new hub was put onto my bike (the bike was 5 months old). Trek acknowledged that their part was faulty. They replaced it no questions asked. Talk about amazing service and peace of mind. I am a self-appointed Trek Ambassador now. Thanks for the great support.
