I went into Clicks, City view, Durban to buy Genpaine and Sinutab. They had 2 people helping people with prescriptions and one helping with self-medication. The person with the self medication had gone to mix an ointment for the customer in front of me. I don't know how long he had been gone before I got there, but I waited for 20 minutes for him to get back.By the time I was served there were 8 people waiting behind me. Clicks has apparently bought out the other privately owned pharmacy in the centre, where I was always a customer. This pharmacy was always very busy so I would think that would tell someone that now Clicks would be even busier.
After this long wait, I went and waited at the till point - 2 tills open. The staff there were sharing a pair of scissors to open the cages with medication in - not an easy thing as there was any empty till point in between and customers were required to pass the scissors back and forth. After this performance I asked to speak to the manager.
I waited 5 minutes for Cindy and she eventually came strolling out of her office. She had no solution to my problem and just said it shouldn't have happened.
