I went to Pick n Pay at 18:00 to buy my Daughter the 5 pack slide binders for a school project. I always make sure of the prices and it showed R19.99 for the pack - barcode 6001007220822. At the till it scanned R21.99. With about 5 people behind me i thought ok..let me go to the information centre and bring it to their attention. Telling my daughter to go fetch the barcode from the shelf she ran quickly and showed 1 of the ladies. To my surprise the lady totally freaked out because we took the barcode from the shelf, nevermind the price difference. She got hold of the manager which didnt even look up at me and he gave the ok to refund my poor R2. Its then and there where she said that because we took the barcode from the shelf we dont quailify to get it free. This is totally to me. i went to pick n pay in maitland once and there was also a problem with prices on the bubbly chocolate and i got it for free with no problem at all. The attitude stinks at the branch!!
