On Tuesday midday I visited the above pharmacy, what a big mistake!!! I was on the self medication que, where I waited for over 45mins to be assisted. Anne was assisting a white old couple when she was done, I walked towards the counter when she told me I must wait she will call me. I waited... and waited... and waited... She then took a small hand basket and walked out, no word to me whether she was coming back or not. After waiting for about 30 minutes with a sick child, I demanded to see the manager. Again I had to wait for the manager for a good 10 mins. When she comes (indian lady) she tells me I have an attitude when I voice my complain to her. She even told me that I should have seen that Anne is a nursing sister and not a pharmacist, helloooooo I don't work at Clicks -I don't know who's who in the Zoo!! I'm utterly disgusted by her and Anne 's attitude. I have heard a lot of people complaining about the lack of service at this pharmacy, this time around I witnessed it myself. Needless to say I will never set my foot again on this store, thank there's Medirite pharmacy nextdoor.
