Wrongly rung is on my bill

I wanted to buy a steel wagon prized at 399. It got put through on my debit card as 366
It got voided and then refunded with an bad attitude but I still need to foot the banking fees even if its not my mistake. It is unexceptable!
Makro wont see me again
