On Tuesday i went to Woolies after work to get myself few clothing items, and paid cash for it, NOT account, like any other normal person, when i got home, i tried on the clothes to see if it is the right fit for me, other items had to be returned, then today lunch time decided to go return the clothes, i was told in front of other customers that they cannot accept the clothes because they HAVE BEEN WORN, cloe literally checkd each and every item (which is the right thing to do) but to my surprise, she said to me all the clothes have been worn ans she cant accept them, i have never been embarrased in my life, everyone was looking at me with such judgemental eyes and i really dont blame them, i would have done the same if i was on the other side, i lost it obviosly! as i felt accused, belittled and been treated like im a, her manager Suzzette then came as the argument was going on and called the security on me? SO AFTER BEEN ACCUSED IN FRONT OF THE WHOLE CUSTOMER SERVISE, THE MANAGER CALLED SECURITY ON ME??? SERIOSLY, she was doing her job yes but donot embarass clients in doing so, im lost for words really
