I purchased some items in Dec 2011 i paid it off within a month. The tv stand that i purchased is caving in. I have been to the store in Dec 2012 to complain but no one has contacted me since its over a month now and I am not impressed with the service as i have given this company business and now I see that to these companies and sales persons we are just another sale or Christmas bonus for them.i want them to come and pick up their rubbish tv stand and either replace it with a new one of the same value that my tv that they sold me can actually fit or refund me my money back!!! I was advised by the store that my guarantee was finished but I had also purchased an extension!
