On the 26th of July I purchased a guitar and stand. When my son opened his birthday gift, I realised that there was no stand in the box. The next day I took the complete box with slip back to the store to show them they sold me half the product. They didn't have the stand anywhere in the store so they said they would order one. I then requested that they send the stand to a Cash crusaders closer to me as I have already visited the store twice as I live in the Table View area.
3 months later, numerous telephone calls and someone YET to get back to me I am still waiting on the stand that I paid for that goes with this guitar I bought. I have spoken to managers who have said that they would assist but still no positive feedback. I've spent money on a product I didn't get and dealing with a store that cant accommodate me. This is the worst service I have experienced.
