I bought a blackberry 9320 from woolworths southgate on the 01/02/2013. the phone started freezing on the 04/02/2013
i returned the phone on the 06/02/2013 which they refused to acceot and i then went back on the 07th and after shouting at them they exchanged the phone. i have just now set up the new phone and found that there are telephone numbers stored on this phone memory. how can they be contacts saved on a brand new phone. they have no exchanged the phone with a used phone and just put it back in the box as if it is new. I always thought woolworths was a excellent shop and provided te best quality. i realise now that they are . how do you sell a used phone as if it is new, cause the only way a phone would have stored contacts is if it was used before. this is disgusting.
