I purchased a KOBO ereader off the Pink n Pay web site. The advertised price was R795-00.
On the date of the delivery my credit card was charged with R995-00 for the ereader.
I logged an electronic complained on the Pick and Pay web site on Tuesday 5 February approx 17h20 and have still had not had the curticy of a replay hence this complaint.
I not that the on line price was amended duringt he course of this week to reflect R995-00.
Why should I be negativly affected if there is a disjoin between the Pick n Pay ecommerce and brinks and mortar operations?
