My name and phone number was referenced when one of the people i know as opening an account with Exact. I was not personally there. That particular indivual lost a job and couldnt pay the Exact account anymore and now the people that are recovering that money from Exact harras me with calls and SMS`s every single day. I have been calling this call centre to let them know that I don`t leave with that person and the person have their own contact details which they can call, but I should not be held responsible for an account that is not mine, and be harrassed for it. Even to-date I am still receiving SMS`s that I have not made a payment. I dont owe exact anything, why are they harrassing me???
