After four consecutive years with my MIWAY and regarded as a "loyal client" I now have to wait for over four days just to get a revised policy. I am utterly disappoint in MIWAY that after four years that have increased my premium by a whopping R 449.71 and increasing my access on both my vehicles by R 2000.00 . I then called in to speak to the ever so helpful freedom fighter Mr. Shane Bailey who promised me that I would have a review policy by close of business that same day. Three days later I had to inform him that nothing was received and I got the ever so helpful response that they were upgrading servers and that is why my request was attended to.

I would also like for MIWAY to advise me that since my premium is being increased due to panel beater and part increases does that mean in that year if I do not claim will I then get a rebate for being an even more loyal client and my depreciating cars will not get increased on premium next year?
