We had a pool installed through Bakgat Pools. This was the best decision we could have made. In the past we were seriously conned by quite a few contractors and when the kids nagged for a swimming pool, we thought that history would repeat itself. To our utter amazement, Shane was the 1st contrator we had worked with that was honest from the word go and he was straight forward with us on every step. When we had an idea and he knew it wasn't going to work (or be practical - as he said) he would tell us, Shane's honesty was most appreciated - nowadays a lot of contractors are only in it for the money, BUT NOT THIS COMPANY BELIEVE ME! Shane did a lot of extra work for us and did not charge us a cent extra!! UNBELIEVABLE - I KNOW!! At 1st we were a bit thrown by their low prices, I mean a company with this "Big" a name's prices should be sky high?? Shane explained that they do not belong to all of the fancy clubs (to which you have to pay a monthly fee or commission per pool) and they DO NOT use sub-contractors, all of the work is owner supervised and this made use feel more at ease. As for the fibreglass Rudy really knows his stuff! Our pool looks FANTASTIC! Thank you Bakgat Pools :)
