I have been pleading for assistance or any type of customer service that should exist within this business. I am at a point of rage and cannot understand why they are not assisting me and cancelling this service as I do not even have the product/service and they have now out my credit profile as risk due to no resolutions or assistance being given.
I am not liable for any amounts to this company as I do not even have an active unit. I have told them numerous times to the useless and non efficient customer service consultants and I still do not have a solution to the matter.
I have no quarrel with the actual service or product but the customer care is absolutely appalling and I have had no resolutions or feedback, I have requested to be sent my calls (recordings) and to this day to no avail!!!
I want this cancelled and any listing to be removed from my credit profile and be contacted by one of the customer service managers and not a team leader or consultant.
