Patient needs to clean his own floor

Good day to whom it may concern. If a patient in your hospital have a ooooops on the floor, is it his responsibility to clean it himself. Although he is a paraplegic. Good heavens what is the use of a person to go to hospital to be treated but he also needs to clean up on the floor although it was an ooops.
