Don't give medicine

I am from shahdara. I have a complaint against the clinix staff of shahdara more branch. I have a proper doctor prescription. Any time i need my medicin phenobarbitone this is very important for me but your staff is give me 5 or 10 tablets ever i insist again and again. I request the branch manager that sir it is very important for me i need it at daily basis i have doctor prescription but he se says that i have no more tablets sorry. I request you please take an action of my complaint. I really need this medicine on daily basis. Thank you
