I telephonically cancelled my monthly prescription at Clicks Bayside Pharmacy, Table View, last week. The gent on the other side of the line gave indifferent service and I asked him whether he was sure that it was cancelled. He said yes,
Yesterday I received an sms to say the prescription (which I had cancelled) was ready for collection once again. Prescription Number 1187986. I tried the number (021 5573784) supplied but it does not work. So I had to ride all the way to the pharmacy in the mall and once again had to cancel. I even asked for my prescription back.
Today I ONCE AGAIN RECEIVED AN SMS (Prescription 1188218) to say that my prescription was ready for collection. I once again tried the number. It once again did not work. I once again had to ride to the mall and go and demand that they cancel it AGAIN.
HOW DID THEY GIVE ME THE PRESCRIBED MEDICINE IF I HAD COLLECTED THE PRESCRIPTION YESTERDAY. FACT IS, THEY DISPENSED ME MEDICINE WITHOUT A PRESCRIPTION.
I have had it now with Clicks Bayside. It has COST ME to ride there twice to fix their bad admin.
Each time I have asked for a manager and each time this request has not been met.
