Medication received by Dischem missing tablets

I have a prescription at Dischem Greenstone.
Last month I was short of 8 tablets on one of the tablets I "Have" to take. I went to Dischem yesterday, and complained about this - all the pharmacist could say is "she will check". Which is of no use to me.
I got home and counted the tablets, and ONCE AGAIN - there are 27 tablets and not 30.

I phoned this morning to complain - they answer the phone, I ask to speak to pharmacy, get the phone slammed down in my ear, I call back and once again the phone is picked up and slammed down.

I am paying for 30 tablets at a time, and can not just walk into any pharmacy to buy the missing tablets as they are on a prescription.
