Good day,
On 5 October 2021 I made a purchase of one of your newest models, Kia Pegus at the Nelspruit/Mbombela branch. I made an EFT payment of the full disclosed amount of R258538.66 and the staff was very eager to assist with the purchase. My issue arrises from after sale services. The vehicle was collected on 7 October 2021 with a temporary licence and being told I will receive licensing within a month. Today, 31 January 2022 I received registration papers but Im told to resubmit all my documents again at my own cost. This process has me to go renew my temp license in order to do a roadworthy test and only then will I get to attach my original number plates once i receive my license disc. Close to 4 months after purchase? Is this how all your customers are treated? I would also like to know when will I be receiving my invoice and additional paperwork for additional charges.
