My mom and I often go to the Forever New branch in Clearwater and fall in love with almost every item. About 2/3 weeks ago, we went to the store and my mom purchased a dress that was on sale. I saw a dress for R799 and thought it was beautiful, yet all four dresses were filthy, full of base marks and what looked like black mascara or eyeliner marks. It put me right off because I will not purchase an item so expensive without the guarantee that I will get the marks out when I get home. Recently, at the same store, we went to look for a bag that might go with the dress that my mom had bought a few weeks ago. She found the exact size, colour and style, but once again, it was dirty, and looked like it had a brown grease mark on it. I went up to the cashiers at the till and complained, and the one said I could get a 15% discount but I could not bring back the item. This too, was said in a cheeky manner and even though it was nice of her to offer me a discount, it wasn't going to take the mark off, of yet another pricey item. I want to purchase a clean and untattered item of clothing or accessory, especially when their goods are extremely expensive and said to be good quality.
