A consultant called to say they are phoning from Cell C and as I way a loyal client they were giving me free add-on insurance to my existing contract. She then went through all my details and told me my full name, id number, cell number, where I banked. She said the total free services would be for R148. I said to her about 5 times. Is this going to be added onto my existing Cell C contract. She tells me no, its free. I decided to google them and saw many, many complaints about them on hellopeter. The companies they are linked to and trying to sell products for also have complaints everywhere. She is very insistent on the phone, and talks very fast.
