MI'm the account payer for my moms account, therefore anything that has to do with payment should be dealt with me. I pay via EFT and my mom cannot tell one phone from another let alone speak Internet. MR Price keeps hustling her about a payment which was missed, i called spoke to Genine (sp) who was very rude and told me that she is in charge and will not assist me. I do not need any information pertaining the account but want to help them sort their part, now refusing to speak to how the heck do they think they'll get far. I've tried to assist but she was not willing to help, let alone give me an e-mail address where i can send a proof of payment so they can trace, therefore since they don't want my help they should stop calling my MOM.
