please assist
i was contacted by the consultant named Itumeleng who was very rude and sarcastic and requested to speak to her supervisor who was also rude and told me i do not have rights.
they are refusing to change my payment method from debit order to cash, i have a problem of companies who double debit my account always and cannot afford to go to the bank always to reverse the debit order.
Legally i do not think its right for them to refuse a payment, what is it that they want? is it a payment or a payment method. The next thing the send me an sms saying they taking legal action against me.
