On the 14 May 2013, I received a phone call late in the evening regarding me not paying my account.
I have never been treated with such disrespect in my entire life, the man that phoned me was rude, unprofessional and very disrespectful.
Unfortunately I could not get his name as he casually terminated the phone call when I asked to speak to a manager and what his name is.
I cannot believe that this is the way that your employees treat your customers!!!
I did pay my account, however I paid the wrong account.
My father and I both have Truworths accounts and we have the exact same initials and surname, thus I mistakenly paid my father's account via internet banking.
I even have proof of payment.
However, you can leave the payment in my father's account, as I will be phoning later on, I will request my entire balance that is outstanding and I will pay it via EFT, and I will close my account with you guys.
I've never been treated like this before!!! I am an auditor not a thieve and I will not be treated like that!!!
