I had problems with my oven which I purchased some six years ago. I wrote to Defy about it. Ralph McDonald, the Service Manager from Defy informed me that the warranty expired but suggested that he will ask his Senior Technician, Morgan to check the oven. All this was done within a reasonable period of time and I was provided feedback on what had to be done. I was quite surprised that Defy offered a discount on the spares as well as offered a free pick up and drop off service . I had one small problem after the repairs which Ralph Mc Donald attended to. All in all, I saved on purchasing a new oven. I practically have a new oven - all thanks to Defy. During this entire process, I was kept informed at all times by Ralph Mc Donald, Morgan and Kiran. To this team, your customer service is indeed worthy of the highest praise and emulation and augurs well for DEFY. This type of service far exceeded my expectation and is very rare. Mr McDonald - the content of your e mails reflects your passion for what you do. Thanks to you and your team!!!
