Two expensive bunches of mixed flowers were purchased from this supplier and the very next day flowers had started dying and had to be thrown away.By the 4th day the flowers had to be thrown away. When i returned the remains of these bunches to the owner of Melrose Flower Market, he offered me one replacement bunch only. I told him of Woolworths honorable policy of replacing any defective merchandise but he came up with a host of excuses and stuck to replacing the one bunch. With the poor quality flowers that he sells and his attitude of not wanting to assist the customer suitably, i would suggest rather buying from Woolworths.
