Double charge reversal

I bought a pair of shoes at Sportscene Sandton on Saturday 01 February 2014 for R899.00 and when my debit card was swiped the machine did not print and I was then advised that I would need to swipe my card again and the other transaction would reverse on Monday. I have since been to the store and nobody is able to assist in reversing this transaction all because nobody can get hold of their banking department. I have been given numbers that are constantly on Voicemail and have really ran out of ideas as how to get my R899.00 back into my account again. This is really disappointing and honestly disgusting as it is now Thursday and I am still struggling to get my money back. This has really now affected how I see the store and it is really incompetence at its worst. Thank you very much for the horrible experience and time wasted on phone calls.
