Good Morning.
I was contemplating writing this, but after it happened again, I decided, something needs to be done about it.
On several occasions that we went to Game @ Centurion Mall, the staff at the till points were lacking in what is to be basic customer service. Not even a Good Morning/ Good Afternoon. Just a "plastic?? " Yes, thank you, I would like some bags. And since when do paying customer have to pack there own bags???
On the last occasion, there was an elderly couple in front of us and they bought quite a few items, they had to rush to pack their stuff because the lady behind the till started ringing up our stuff already.
That is NOT how it is suppose to be.
Over weekends the store is so busy but there is no provision for elderly people or people who only have a few items.
I really think your staff should be trained in basic customer service. To greet people and to be friendly and courteous is the ABC of customer service, and truth be told, if it was not for clients, Game would not exist.
