Training is required to improve customer service!

I recently decided to give Makro Woodmead a try as an alternative to the stores I usually visit for groceries etc. Overall customer service isn't very good, staff could be more helpful and welcoming. The butchery can do with quality improvements - almost all the packed meat is leaking liquid, they simply aren't packaged well. I had to get someone to put another layer of plastic around the chicken I bought so it wouldn't ruin the other items I had in my trolley. At checkout I was asked if I wanted plastic bags which I did, I was supplied with too few and had to pay separately for more plastic bags. The guy packing didn't have a clue on how to correctly pack a bag so you don't land up squashing everything else in the bag and his attitude wasn't positive as he just glared at me when I asked him to pack the bag nicely and then left. I still landed up with items that were not in plastic bags which had to loose in my car.

I'm sure you guys can do better. If you need an example of how it should be done first prize in Woolworths, Pick n Pay isn't too bad either.
