I Went to Game and took my mother (in a wheel chair) with. Got to the till and there was one lady infront of me but she was at the point of paying so I was basically the first one at the till. I started putting the items that I had in my hands down on the counter when Mercy decided it is time for her to leave her till. She gave me one look and told me to take my stuff and go to another till. When I asked her why she has to leave she told me that she has to personaly go and show this customer where to go with a querie with her Game Card. This while there are a couple of floor managers standing around by the tills, and there is an information kios also close to the tills. This is a tipical attitude problem with Game, I don't even know if comlaining in the first place will help because they just feel like we are big enough that we don't care about losing a couple of customers. I for one will not go to any Game store again. I even told Mercy that I would be laying a complaint against her and she laughed at me.
