The cashier named Ms Nxumalo has bad people skills and does not communicate with me as the customer that they are experiencing shortage in plastic bags, all she cared about was cashing up and leaving me the customer with a pile of groceries without any plastic bag. When I confronted her about the situation she ignored me and started talking to a colleague and they weren't talking about coming up with a solution to the problem. The supervisor came to her defence about how they are experiencing shortage of plastic bags. I just fail to understand how such a large chain store as game would have a shortage of plastic bags and be arrogant about the matter.
