My DVD player (Samsung) did not switch on with the message "prot". I took it to the Bradlows Tzaneen branch and after a huge search they found my file, but said there are no extended guarantee, at home I took out my contract that clearly showed extended guarantee, I called Bradlows head office and they send out an mail to respond to me, but since 13/11/2013 not a word from anyone.
