2 MNTHS - THE QUERY IS NOT YET SORTED BY BRADLOWS

I WROTE THE BELOW SAID EMAIL TO CUSTOMER CARE OF BRADLOWS& SPOKE TO MARY (14/05/13) WHO DEALS WITH QUERIES RELATING TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED STORE.IT WAS APPALLING WHEN SHE TOLD ME TO CONTACT THE FINANCIAL DIVISION.NOW MY QUESTION IS;IS IT NOT THE JOB OF CUSTOMER CARE TO FORWARD MY COMPLAINT TO THE RELEVANT DEPARTMENT.SHE WAS SO UNFRIENDLY (MIND YOU THIS IS CUSTOMER CARE). SHE GAVE ME AN EMAIL & PHONE NUMBER (I have proof)). WHICH WERE BOTH INVALID.

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to you on behalf of my mother who is an account holder of Bradlows furnishers in Capital Centre - Pietermaritzburg.
She has paid all the required fees with regards to instalments and the term for her to pay instalments has come to an end.
She visited the store to query why they kept deducting money from her bank account and she was assured that it was going to be rectified and be refunded for what has been deducted with immediate effect as the store admitted it was a fault on their side - now its 2 months down the line and still the matter has not been solved.
Hence I am requesting for your immediate intervention please.

As the service in this particular branch is rather questionable INCOMPLETE BECAUSE OF SPACE
