I bought a 55 inc 3D tv and it broke in less than 2years, I tried logging a call 3 weeks ago and no one got back to me until I called the service provider and that same day they came out and fetched the tv, so yesterday hisence said I have to go to the shop and get a new tv I went there at 14h14 with my 3 kids and left the shop with a tv I didn't even want at 16h45, the sales manager called hisence and told them she wants auth in 5min for the new tv as the customer is making a scene in her shop omw I did nothing of that then she said we are going to give you this tv no where did I have a option what poor service is centurion hi fi corp given and this is not the first time even the poor man that came after me was dissapointed and left with no satisfaction
