Not adhering to agreement!!!

A couple of months ago, i was unemployed, i missed one payment, i am fully responsible for that,
i then set up an agreement for them to divide the arrears into three, they phoned me during last week to make sure that the arrangement is still fine, i accepted, on the 28th of may 2013, the only deducted the divided amount!
today one of the consultants phoned me and asked why i only payed a quarter amount instead of my complete amount the agreed amount, i am furious cause now i am a full months payment behind again, this is not acceptable at all, and i am sorry to say that i will not pay that outstanding amount due to staff not listening to the agreement. i do not care what you guys do to my name, its already bad, the staff is useless and don't listen, this is not my fault, take better notes next time. there will be a stop order on my account for only the amount that is my normal monthly installment and not for the arrears!!!
listen to the recordings and come to a suitable agreement.
I will not refer anyone to Nedbank for anything.
