I bought a lounge from Morkels Promenade Branch Cape Town on the 27th April 2013, I was out of town when it was delivered. When I came back I noticed that its not the same as the one I chose at the store. I immediately notified the store about this. I spoke to the sales person, store manager and the are manager who promised to rectify the matter and they didnt. At the beginning of January 2014 I went to see the branch manager again only to find out theres a new manager Ms Zubeida whom I informed of my predicament and she promised to resolve the matter, up to now theres still no resolution. What pains me is that Im paying for something I did not buy and Im not happy with, it is very strenuous for me and my family. Looking forward at your amicable solution.
