An ARRANGEMENT is to be adhered to

Today I received an automated call to tell me that I am in arrears on my personal loan - this after I had spoken to 3 different agents to advise them I would like to make a payment arrangement while I try to sort out my finances. Every other creditor I have has accepted this and has been grateful that I at least am trying to pay something towards what I owe - all except for you. if I make an arrangement it is because I can only afford to pay a certain amount at the time. This is not difficult to understand. The credit act also supports that one pays 30% of the installment and not 60% which is what you are demanding. Do not PHONE me I am in a shared office and it is unprofessional for me to discuss private financial matters over the phone. You can EMAIL me.
