I wrote a complaint on 22/01/2014 and until now the matter is not resolved at this present moment, I think someone one is buying time or someone is not taking this matter seriously or someone is taking me for granted. Every time when we are suppose to meet the store manager (Zondi) always came up with stories and I'm asking myself why.? We were suppose to meet this Monday 03/02/2014 with the regional manager and the credit manager, he told me that the car is broken but till today I have never received any communications from them regarding our appointment on Monday and that shows they never pitched to the store to attend me or that's how the treat their customer as always. I need a resolution on this case.
